SERVICE LEVELS:
LEVEL A

High risk factor requiring a
"ZERO TOLERANCE" policy.  
Constant service is provided by
resources dedicated solely to
this site.  Level A properties
typically require the use of
anti-icing procedures.  
Properties include hospitals and
other medical facilities, higher
end corporate campuses, and
some retail
LEVEL B

Medium to high risk factor
requiring a high level of service.  
Dedicated resources to this site
but don't require anti-icing
procedures.  Response
procedures allow for some
accumulation and are more
reactive in nature. Properties
include retail, office buildings,
restaurants, banks, and hotels.
LEVEL C

Lower risk factor not requiring  
a high level of service.  
Response procedures allow for
some accumulation.  Plowing
and sidewalk clearing are
performed on regular intervals.  
Salting is typically done after
snow has ceased.. Properties
include schools, industrial sites,
apartments, and condo's.
The use of liquid ice melter's allows us to be pro-active in
how we respond to your needs.  For LEVEL A properties,
liquids can be sprayed onto the pavement prior to a storm.  
The liquid acts like a Teflon coating keeping snow and ice
from being packed down "bonded" onto the pavement.  The
result after plowing is a much cleaner pavement surface with
far less snow and ice.  Ultimately, the use of liquids will
reduce the amount of rock salt needed and reduce damage to
plant material, infrastructure, and the environment.  
We sell storage tanks, spray systems, and liquid ice melter's to
private industry, school systems, hospitals, etc.  We build our

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

1)  ALL SERVICES BY THE OCCURRENCE - EACH TIME A SERVICE IS PERFORMED, IT WILL BE BILLED OUT AT THE AGREED
UPON RATE FOR THE CONDITIONS AT THE TIME

2)  SEASONAL PLUS SALT - PAY ONE SET PRICE FOR UNLIMITED PLOWING AND SIDEWALK CLEARING FOR THE SEASON.  
PAY FOR SALT AND ICE MELTER AS IT IS NEEDED.  *THIS OPTION MAY BE AMENDED TO EXCLUDE SIDEWALK CLEARING
AND PAY FOR IT AS IT IS PERFORMED.  IT MAY ALSO HAVE A PROVISION TO ALLOW FOR EXTRA CHARGES TO BE BILLED
IN THE EVENT OF A LARGER SNOWFALL.

3)  ALL-INCLUSIVE - PAY ONE SET PRICE FOR THE SEASON WHICH INCLUDES UNLIMITED PLOWING, SIDEWALK CLEARING,
SALTING, AND ICE MELTER.  *THIS OPTION DOES NOT INCLUDE LOADER HOURS OR TRUCKING HOURS TO MOVE SNOW.  
HOURLY RATES FOR EQUIPMENT WILL APPLY.
