Customers Outdoor Services has the following job openings for our
SNOW AND ICE MANAGEMENT program:


TEAM MEMBERS (EMPLOYEES):

Experienced plow truck drivers

Experienced salt truck drivers

Experienced loader operators (experience plowing snow a plus)

Team leaders for sidewalk crews (must have valid chauffeur's license and medical card)

General Labor



PARTNERSHIPS (SUB-CONTRACTORS)

Our partnership program is the heart and soul of our winter operation.  We are always seeking quality
businesses to become partners in maintaining our properties throughout Michigan, northern Indiana, and
northern Ohio.  We have opportunities for contractors who have their own equipment and personnel.  You
are a candidate to become one of our partners if you own plow trucks, salt trucks, loaders, back hoe's, or
skid loaders.  You may also be interested in putting a sidewalk crew(s) together if you have personnel that
want to work.  You simply need a truck/ truck and trailer, snow blowers, shovels, spreaders, etc.  We have
two payment plans available.  Training will be available for anyone interested.

Our winter season is approximately 5 months long from mid November until mid April.  There is mandatory training for
anyone interested in becoming a team member.  Training begins in October.  Please complete the form on the Contact
